HangriHub is a search engine that compares our database of local menu items to find the perfect meal to satisfy any craving! Other search engines and websites only allow the user to compare restaurants based off of specific food categories. HangriHub goes above and beyond to find your perfect meal, so you don’t have to open and compare each menu separately.
If you’re craving a Salad with sweet elements and clean protein, try searching “Salad Fruit Chicken”. This will allow the user to compare all local Salads with that perfect twist of sweet and savory. If you search “Spicy Sushi”, you can compare all of the nearby Spicy Sushi Rolls and find the perfect restaurant to order from!

Our database is compiled through autodetecting website scrapes and by uploading whatever information restaurants provide to us. We do not have all necessary affiliation with restaurants or other delivery/ordering services. Therefore, for the most accurate information, consult the restaurant itself.

HangriHub is planning to go public in Q1 2022. After publishing and gathering feedback, we have the following goals to implement:

-Mapping and Search Results that more accurately take into account store hours and meal types.
-Pages for each Menu Item to provide more information and to allow user ratings, comments, and images
-Pages for each Restaurant to provide more information and to allow user ratings, comments, and images
-More Pictures of restaurant items and the capability for users to upload their own related images
-User Ratings and Reviews of Menu Items
-Pricing of menu importing, restaurant prioritizing, advertising, and other services are set to increase. So get involved while there is little to no fees for restaurants!

How does HangriHub work? What is the process?
To initially compile data for the BETA release, our software scrapes restaurant and delivery sites to parse menu data into an Excel database. Restaurant owners also reach out and provide/request their menus to be uploaded into the HangriHub database.
Once all the data is compiled, HangriHub searches this database with whatever keywords the user inputs on our homepage. This provides results to filter and compare so the user can find and order the perfect meal to satisfy specific cravings.
Why is my restaurant not included? Or why is the menu incomplete?
In the initial menu scrape, our software cannot scrape all website formats. For example, if the menu on the website is an image, PDF, or has multiple parts; it cannot easily compile into our database. Our software may have skipped your restaurant or only uploaded parts of the menu into the database.
What type of menu items can be submitted or compared in a search?
HangriHub is meant to be an all-in-one stop to satisfy the food and drink cravings of you and your family. If you want to dine-in or order out, HangriHub can show all options a restaurant has to offer; including drinks and bottle services! Even time-specific items like Happy Hour and Brunch menus are supported.
How can I update/upload my restaurant’s menu into the HangriHub database?
Restaurant representatives can reach out to us via the contact page for any specific questions. Representatives either can submit their menu in spreadsheet format or submit an order for HangriHub to compile data from the restaurant website. For more information and guidance, see the services page.
